In the spiritual traditions it comes from, “the Akashic Records” are understood as a record that holds the soul's experiences. You can think of a reading as a spiritual perspective for seeing your life experiences anew, exploring the patterns, feelings and needs that keep coming up.
Readings here focus on self-understanding and inner exploration. They don't predict the future, and they don't make decisions for you. You take what you understand back into real life, and choose the next step yourself.

Email to say what you'd like to explore, then confirm the 30- or 60-minute option and an available time.
Complete your booking
Pay in full by bank transfer or LINE Pay to hold your time, then confirm the online link or the studio location.

Write down the questions you'd like to explore and prepare a quiet, undisturbed space. For online readings, check your connection and device beforehand.

Can I book if I'm new to the Akashic Records?+
Yes. You don't need any experience, or to know all the answers in advance. You can start from a relationship, choice or feeling that's been on your mind, and Jannie will help you find what you want to explore as you talk.
Is an Akashic reading fortune-telling, or predicting the future?+
Readings here focus on self-understanding and inner exploration. They don't predict the future, and they don't make decisions for you. Think of a reading as a spiritual perspective for seeing your life experiences anew; then act on your own judgement.
How do I choose between online and in person?+
The 30-minute option is online; the 60-minute option can be a video call or at the studio in North District, Tainan. For online readings, prepare a quiet, undisturbed space with a stable connection. The studio address is given once your booking is complete.
How long are readings, and how much and how do I pay?+
30 minutes NT$3,600; 60 minutes NT$6,000. These don't include the guidance and discussion before and after, and you may record the session. Bookings are paid in full in advance by bank transfer or LINE Pay; please get in touch first to confirm available times.
Can I cancel or reschedule after booking?+
Not counting the day of the booking: cancel more than 3 days ahead for a full refund or one reschedule; within 3 days, for a half refund or one reschedule. On the day itself, tell us at least two hours before to reschedule once; after that, no refund is possible. Please confirm the full arrangements with Jannie when you book.

This isn’t an ordinary candle. It is emotional company and an energy reset. Every Radiance candle is connected, through the Akashic Records, with the supporting energy its buyer needs at that moment. It keeps you company when you feel low and holds you steady when you hesitate, so that in its soft light you can slowly recover, and slowly find the courage to face things.

Do you have a wish you’ve never set in motion? Light this Wish Candle! May you not only make a wish, but truly set it in motion.
This is a light of energy prepared for your wish. Every Wish Candle is made through a connection with the Akashic Records, carrying the blessing and guidance it needs, and lights up an opening door for your wish. It doesn’t only keep you company as you wish: it is an energy switch that helps you “take action” and “choose to believe”.

Wish candle: about 10–12 hours - Ordering
- Each candle is made to order; book yours by private message. The candles are handmade, so please don’t place rush orders or send messages to hurry them.
- Delivery
- Store-to-store delivery via 7-Eleven or FamilyMart only. NT$2,500 including shipping.
- Returns
- Because every candle is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Before you first use it, hold the candle glass in both hands, look at it and say: “I’m starting now!” Then you can light it.
How to use
- Energy candle (200g): once you start, light it every day without a break for at least 1–2 hours, then put it out and light it again the next day, until it is used up. This keeps the healing, transforming energy steady.
- Wish candle (50g): once lit, let it burn all the way through; if it goes out, simply light it again until it is used up. This keeps the transforming energy steady. Use it in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed: lighting it lights your belief.
- Please don’t light it once and then leave it for a long time; the energy field can’t carry on that way, which would be a pity.
- Please light your candle within a month of receiving it, so it matches your frequency best.
- Burning it all in one go transforms the most. If you’d like to, burning it right to the end in one go is wonderful too!
- To put the candle out, don’t blow on it: that makes a lot of smoke and can splash the wax. Simply cover the mouth of the glass with a glass lid or a ceramic plate.
- When the candle has burned down completely, you can thank the crystals in the glass and then throw them away. Wipe the glass clean with a tissue and recycle it.
Safety & storage
- Use the candle in a ventilated place, away from anything flammable. Don’t burn it when no one is there or while you sleep.
- If you have children or pets at home, please take care where you place a lit candle.
- Every candle is made for its owner’s state, so the colours, crystals and flowers differ from one candle to the next.
- A wooden wick burns with a bigger flame than a cotton one. This is normal, and it crackles soothingly as it burns.
- Natural wax can shrink, sweat or look uneven on the surface. This is normal and doesn’t affect use or effect.
- If you won’t use it for a while, cover the surface to keep dust off.
- When it’s not in use, store it in a cool, dry place.

- How it is made
- For every painting, Jannie opens the Akashic Records and connects with the energy of the person who ordered it, so she can’t promise what the painting will look like.
- Cancellations
- Once ordered, a painting can’t be cancelled because you don’t like it. Please think it over before you order.
- Deposit
- Once the commission is confirmed, please pay a deposit or the full amount first. The deposit is NT$5,000 for 15 cm and NT$15,000 for 30 cm; pay the balance when the painting is finished. Work begins once payment is received.
